National Geographic Kids’ Summer Reading

If your kids are like mine, they can soak up a trip to the library within hours of returning home. It doesn’t matter if we’ve lugged home ten books or a hundred, they always seem to voraciously devour them before bedtime. And, of course, my daughter chooses very different topics than my son, so ‘sharing’ books is often out of the question.

Fortunately, National Geographic Kids has a large selection of online reader books that my children both enjoy. And thanks to symbaloo.com, you can see them all at once, by grade/reading level, like this one: http://www.symbaloo.com/mix/natgeobooks. They can be read easily on a computer, iPad, Kindle or other e-reader device.

No matter what your child reads this summer, take comfort in knowing that s/he is reading!
